2. What We Do Not Collect
Charter does not require you to create an account to run an audit.
Charter does not sell your personal information.
Raw IP addresses are not retained by Charter for the purpose of identifying individual users. Where IP addresses are processed for rate limiting, security, or abuse prevention, Charter hashes the IP address upon receipt and uses the resulting value for those purposes.

- Process property audit requests
- Generate and deliver requested reports
- Notify you about property coverage or other requested information
- Respond to questions and support requests

4. Property Audit Information
Charter is designed to analyze information associated with properties and provide audit results based on the information submitted and the sources available to Charter.
Audit inputs may be retained so that an audit determination can be reproduced, reviewed, and explained. Retaining this information also allows Charter to investigate errors, improve the Services, and respond to questions about previously generated results.
Submitting information to Charter does not necessarily mean that Charter independently verifies every piece of information provided or referenced in an audit.
5. Sharing of Information
Charter may share information with third parties when reasonably necessary to operate the Services or fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
These parties may include:
Service providers and infrastructure providers. Charter may use third-party providers for hosting, storage, communications, analytics, security, infrastructure, and other services necessary to operate Charter.

Charter does not sell personal information.

Audit inputs may be retained so that determinations can be reproduced, reviewed, and explained.
